Well, here's what "my meditation guy" told me in my email today:
Meditation should not add more stress to your life.
Why meditate if you're going to get stressed about doing it right, or about whether your meditations are good enough? How do you avoid this? Forget about how well you can stay focussed, and about what's "supposed to" happen when you meditate, and simply accept whatever does happen.
